Download your form from www.worcesterfestival.co.uk or pop to the Tourist Information Centre or the Pod in Friary Walk and when you have finished you can 1) Hand it in at the Tourist Information Office (if open) OR 2) Email it to marketing@worcesterfestival.co.uk.
