How Can I Get Involved?
When is the Festival?
The Worcester Festival runs for 17 days. It always starts on the 2nd Saturday in August and finishes on the Bank Holiday Monday in August.
If I register an event what do I get out of it?
Registering events is free. You can register as many events as you like as long as they fall in the time period stated above. When you register an event it will appear in our event guide (which has around 10,000 hard copies printed for each Festival), on our website and in printed and social media.
Are there any rules about what event I can submit?
Yes, but they are simple!
1. Your event must be held at a WR postcode
2. Your event must be held in the time period of the Festival
Can I register more than 1 event?
Yes! You can register as many events as you that take place during the Festival!
